Avicenna is a 19th century traditional ottoman style wooden house converted and opened 1990.

We have charming 48 rooms, total beds 106. 3 single, 19 twin, 25 double, 1 triple, with private bath or shower, hair dryer, mini bar, direct dial telephone, generator, satellite TV, wireless internet connection, air condition. Also some rooms have a balcony with wonderful sea view.

A few minutes walk from the historical center of Istanbul in the shadow of the Blue Mosque, Saint Sophia Museum, Topkapi Palace and others.

Open buffet breakfast can be taken in the authentic breakfast lounge or Avicenna’s garden.Both restaurants (Sipsi and Breakfast) is Ottoman style with Kütahya tiles on the walls, stained glass windows. Marble floors with Turkish carpets and kilims are a part of the decor. In the garden, a rookery with a waterfall fountain.

Sipsi Restaurant & Bar, over looking to the Marmara Sea with marvelous view. Continental and Turkish cuisine, special children menu, vegetarian meals are available.
